It wasn't a specialist article that led me to gold therapy. And this path certainly wasn't planned. A stray cat led me to a vet \u2013 and thus to gold implantation. As a patient and as a doctor.<\/p>

In the early 1990s, I suffered a comminuted fracture of the knee joint in a car accident. Three operations initially brought stability. However, over the years, the pain returned. By 2010, it was clear: an artificial joint seemed unavoidable.<\/p>

Then the cat arrived. And with her the vet, who told me about gold therapy. I was sceptical \u2013 but open enough to take a closer look. Shortly afterwards, I had my accident knee treated by my colleague Dr. Steffen Rose in M\u00fcnster. The success was and is remarkable \u2013 and still continues today.<\/p>

This experience won me over. Not just as a patient, but as a doctor. I wanted to know more, to learn and understand thoroughly. At Dr Hans Kjerkegaard<\/a> In Aarhus, I completed my specialised training in gold therapy \u2013 and have been successfully working with this method and my knowledge for twelve years. With medical diligence. And with personal experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>

I know how debilitating pain can be. How it accompanies every movement. Influences every decision, gradually taking away the joy of living.<\/p>

\n2015 \u2013 2020: Development of own centres\n<\/h4>

\nSince 2015, I have been successfully using gold therapy in D\u00fcsseldorf and opened the Centre for Gold Implantation in Berlin in January 2020. The third branch followed in Konstanz as early as October 2020, allowing patients to benefit from my expertise at three practices. This expansion represents consistently high treatment quality.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\n1995 \u2013 2015: Specialist Doctor & Personal Experience\n<\/h4>

\nIn 1995, I received specialist recognition in surgery and subsequently worked as a consultant for health insurance companies and in public health services. Between 2002 and 2008, the focus was on starting a family with my two daughters, before I worked as a practising physician and medical expert from 2009 to 2014. My own personal experience of suffering ultimately led me to gold implantation in 2013.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\n1960 \u2013 1995: Training & early career\n<\/h4>

\nAfter studying medicine in Parma, Essen, and Duisburg, I began my work as a surgical resident at Bethesda Hospital in M\u00f6nchengladbach in 1988. In 1992, I already obtained my doctorate on the topic \u201eAcupuncture therapy of chronic cervical spine syndrome,\u201c which shaped my holistic view of pain management. These experiences laid the foundation for my later specialisation.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
